Evolv OS ("Evolv OS," "we," "us," or "our") is a business management software platform for fitness, wellness, and performance practitioners, operated by Performance Strength and Wellness LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information across two relationships: (1) our own relationship with the practitioner businesses that license Evolv OS, and (2) the platform infrastructure those licensed practitioner businesses use to communicate with their own clients under their own brand.
Evolv OS is operated by Performance Strength and Wellness LLC. This policy covers the Evolv OS platform available at getevolvos.com and its related services.
Account information: name, business name, email address, phone number, and billing details provided by licensee practitioners when creating an Evolv OS account. Client information entered by licensees: names, contact information, appointment details, and payment records that licensee practitioners enter into Evolv OS to manage their own clients. Usage information: how the platform is used, device and browser information, and log data. Communications data: records of email and SMS messages sent through the platform, including delivery status.
We use information to provide, operate, and maintain the Evolv OS platform; to send account, billing, and subscription communications to licensee practitioner businesses; to enable licensee practitioner businesses to send appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and billing notifications to their own clients using the licensee's own business name; to process payments via our payment processor, Stripe; and to improve and secure the platform.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share client information collected by licensee practitioners with other licensees or unrelated third parties. We share information with service providers who help us operate the platform, including Stripe (payments), Twilio and SendGrid (SMS and email delivery), and Airtable and Cloudflare (data infrastructure), strictly to provide the services described in this policy. We may disclose information if required by law. The sharing described in this section excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes (see Section 5).
Licensee practitioner businesses (including Evolv Method, a division of Performance Strength and Wellness LLC) use Evolv OS to send text messages and emails to their own clients under their own business name.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Text messages (SMS): We send text messages only to people who have given express consent, typically by entering their mobile number and checking an unchecked consent box on a sign-up or intake form. Transactional texts (such as session reminders, scheduling updates, payment receipts and refund confirmations, and package balance reminders) and marketing texts (such as offers and renewal promotions) require separate consent. Marketing consent is always optional, and consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation text and no further texts unless you opt in again.
Email: Transactional emails (such as receipts, appointment reminders, and account notices) are sent in connection with your account or services. Marketing emails are sent only with consent, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also opt out of email at any time by contacting support@getevolvos.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except with our messaging providers solely to deliver messages you have requested.
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the platform and to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us at support@getevolvos.com.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
